Youth Theatre looking for good fortune, just like Arthur Kipps!!

Stephen Outhwaite, producer and director, is very excited about the 2010 production, Half a Sixpence, to be performed from 25 to 27 March at the Joseph Rowntree Theatre. One of the best family musicals around, full of feel-good songs and a love story with a guaranteed happy ending. The happy ending Flying Ducks are trying to achieve is a local sponsor. Stephen said 'Finding a sponsor for our next production, Half a Sixpence, in March would benefit our production enormously. With 1,200 tickets and programmes sold, a sponsor would benefit by having their logo on all posters, tickets and programmes, as well as appearing on our website.'. If any local businesses would like to come forward and discuss this opportunity further, please contact Jacqueline Leighton on 01904 720 720. Tickets will be on sale after the festive season.
Flying Ducks Youth Theatre is also looking for two banjos for the production which are required as soon as possible due to the actors and actresses having to learn to play them for live performance. Any help in acquiring these would be greatly appreciated.
