Dialogue pieces will be available from Wednesday 11th June, song parts will
follow soon. Some of the male auditions will NOW take place before 3rd
July!

Please let me know on wednesday, or telephone 763510 if you would like to
go on the trip. We don't need your money yet, but seats at the theatre will
only be held for us for about another week!

Auditions for the girls will take place on Thursday 3rd July and Wednesday
16th July.
Boys unfortunately this has had to be moved to a later date, and will need
your co-operation. Boys I need to know BEFORE 3rd July when you are NOT
available between 25th July and 24th Aug. This needs to be in writing or
e-mail.

Clark the musical director will be available on Monday eve 23rd June 7.30pm
for those who wish to go through there audition songs. Make sure that you
are familiar with your songs as this will save time!

i cant do tuesdays, fridays or sundays coz im at work, and i cant do 11th

please phone me before 6 tomorrow and leave a message (Friday 27th June) as
I will be cofirming tickets. There will be places on the bus if you decide
after tomorrow that you can go. You will have to sort out your ticket
direct though, but I will put the details of who to contact on the message
board.

Im in the school play on Tuesday 1st, so i can't come to learn the song :(
& i cant come to ducks on wednesday 'cause im in it again then.
I'll probably just have to improvise or something :S

Like liv i cant make either of the practises so the only chance to go
through it would be before the audition on thursday. do you need me to come
early or anything?

Haxby Carnival is on Saturday and we need your help! Can you please
provide a bottle or item for the Tombola as well as any unwanted books or
children's games. We will be setting up the marquee from 11.30am onwards
and any help throughout the day would be very much appreciated. We have
had very little response so far so please remind your parents about this
fundraising event, it is an ideal opportunity to raise the profile of the
group in the community. Thank you for your support and hope to see you on
the day.
